positions in our Baltimore Maryland
Schools.
These are
full-time and part-time opportunities in
Early Childhood Education and our Summer
Camp Programs. As a successful
candidate, you must have high standards
and believe that the care you provide is
invaluable. You must have demonstrated
the ability to create a fun, safe and
thriving environment for children and
parents, and have experience managing a
staff of 10 or more. You must have
experience in a large, successful
childcare center, and as a director or
manager. Detailed oriented and excellent
customer service, leadership,
organizational, and communication skills
are essential.
Strong
personnel management and sales skills
are preferred. Help achieve
profitability for the company.
In this
position you will be responsible for
monitoring the Assistant Directors and
Lead Site Supervisors as well as
ensuring our childcare centers are
operated in accordance with company
policies & procedures and complies with
state licensing standards in which
children are encouraged to reach their
full potential. You will recruit, hire,
train, coach, counsel and develop center
staff . You must be able to resolve
concerns on various levels.

The ideal
candidate will be expected to utilize
marketing skills to encourage
enrollments by attracting and retaining
families; interacting with children,
staff, and parents; to promote the

employers; and achieve profitability.
Possessing a high ability to market
business and build strong community
relationships as well as a vast
knowledge in operations management or
retail management experience.

Responsibilities:
3 Full-time and part-time Teaching
positions available working with infant,
toddler and pre-school aged children.
We are seeking fun, energetic, friendly,
motivated and stable Teachers to work in
our Downtown and Baltimore City
locations. Ideal candidates will:
- Be responsible for managing the
classroom ensuring compliance with all
CCA regulations, company standards,
implementing daily schedules ,policies,
& procedures.
-Provide an exceptional Parent-Child
experience within the classroom,
successfully communicates with parents
regarding planned activities on a
regular basis, and creates and
implements thorough, age appropriate and
interactive lesson plans that are in
accordance with the weekly themes and
approved curriculum.
